PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST Loop Center
20 hours per week - Weekdays

Responsibilities Include:

Answering Phones
Greeting Clients
Data Entry
Filing

Applicants must posses:

Good Communication Skills 50 WMP typing skills Ability to handle several tasks at once. Ability to Relate to a Diverse Population. Effective Telephone Skills, including handling multiple phone lines.

This is a dynamic part-time position with opportunity for interaction with clients.

Part-Time Assistant Director

To assist the Center Director with the overall administration of the Woodfield Pregnancy Center.

Responsibilities include:

Client Counseling
Volunteer Supervision and Training
Management of Office Functions and Supplies
Developing and Implementing Client Education Programs
Coordinating Client Services
Community Outreach Activities

Qualification::
Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling or the equivalent preferred.

Experience:
One to Two years counseling experience desirable, and a growing relationship with Christ imperative.

Director

To assume responsibility for the day to day operations and management of the Near West Center.

Responsibilities include:
Client Counseling
Staff Supervision
Client Planning/Services Development, Implementation and Coordination

Qualification:
Masters Degree in Social Welfare/Guidance and Counseling or the equivalent preferred.

Experience:
It is desirable that the successful candidate has at least two (2) years' experience in the following areas:


Counseling
Management
Leadership
Supervision

A growing relationship with Christ is imperative as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
